Paul Hoffenberg


Paul Hoffenberg of Mystic Heights Development Corporation, which is the developer of this project, has conceived and built numerous residential and commercial projects throughout his many years as a real estate developer from Florida to Sedona’s, highly acclaimed, Mystic Hills. He holds a BSCE in civil engineering and has closely worked with numerous engineers, architects, contractors, and consultants to produce award winning projects. He is deeply involved with all aspects of his developments.

Doug Hawkins

Project Manager

Doug Hawkins has over 45 years of experience in all fields relating to land development, building construction, civil engineering, general engineering construction, and new community development. During Doug’s professional career, he became registered as a professional engineer in 17 different states where he was engaged in land development projects that extended from Florida to and including Hawaii. Doug holds a Bachelor Of Science Degree in Civil Engineering. For the last 20 years, Doug has focused his attention on projects in the Sedona area including Sedona’s most successful land development project of Mystic Hills, a project containing 144 prestigious home sites.

Suzanne Hawkins

Designated Broker

Suzanne is a real estate broker with 22 year’s of extraordinary experience and knowledge – specializing in home site sales in new Custom Home Communities in Sedona and Northern Arizona. She is well-respected in the Broker Community and has worked successfully with clients from all over the United States, as well as internationally.

Steven Hawkins

Associate Broker

Steven, our associate broker, has been a client-attentive Realtor in Arizona for over 12 years. As part of Steven’s real estate experience, he has worked with the nation’s largest home builder, as well as on Northern Arizona projects including the highly successful, environmentally conceived Mystic Hills development in Sedona, Arizona.

Shephard-Wesnitzer, Inc. (SWI) is a full-service civil engineering firm with 24 employees in four northern Arizona offices: Prescott, Sedona, Cottonwood, and Flagstaff. SWI has been a proven leader throughout the State of Arizona, having completed a variety of projects for both public and private entities. Lead Project Engineer, Art Beckwith, has 39 years of experience in all aspects of civil engineering, include 17 years as a Project Principal for municipal, commercial and residential developments throughout Northern Arizona.

Tiffany Construction

Tiffany Construction was established in 1925 and has maintained an office and presence in Sedona for over 26 years. They also maintain a main administration operation in Phoenix and have constructed many projects in the Valley. They have built nearly all the subdivisions in Sedona since 1991 including Mystic Hills, Indian Cliffs, Back O Beyond, Casa Contenta, Crimson View and numerous other subdivisions. Tiffany is also the JOC contractor for the City of Sedona and have completed numerous infrastructure improvement projects within the City of Sedona.

Harvey Hoffenberg

Marketing Director

With over 30 years of building global brands on Madison Avenue and for small entrepreneurs, Harvey brings unique skills to launching Mystic Heights. He made Pepsi, The Choice of a New Generation, he brought Good Things to Life for GE, made Gillette the Essence of Shaving, Cheerios, The One and Only and wrote and produced many other memorable campaigns. He’s won every award the advertising industry bestows as well as the highly coveted Grand Prix at the Cannes film festival.

The Mystic Heights development team is comprised of several industry experts, all connected by their shared passion for the beauty and incredible lifestyle Sedona has to offer. An appreciation for the natural grandeur of Sedona and a desire to share their love for the land with others blossomed into a mission to create a residential community unlike anything else in the world. Combining the unique beauty of the natural landscape and their talent and expertise, the team crafted a plan that was so much more than just another gated community.
